*Both The Cabin and The Cottage are non smoking homes. We do supply sand
buckets for cigarette butts.
*To safe guard the local wildlife we do not allow pets of any type.
*All linens, towels and paper products come with the rentals.
*Both The Cabin and The Cottage have private docks.
*There is a boat ramp approximately 1 1/2miles away.
*Laundry soap is not provided.
Rates are as follow:
The Cabin
Non holiday times-$115/night with a 2 night minimum. $690 for a week(7 nights).
Holiday times-$140/night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rates do not apply.
Holidays include Easter, Mother's day, Memorial day, Father's day, July 4th, Labor
Day.
The Cottage
Non holiday times-$140/night with a 2 night minimum. $800 for a week(7 nights).
Holiday times-$175/night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rates do not apply.
Holidays include Easter, Mother's day, Memorial day, Father's day, July 4th, Labor
Day.
Both rentals require a signed rental agreement that we will email you, a
cleaning/security check and 50% of the rental to hold the reservations. Payment in
full is due 15 days before check in.
The cleaning/security check is returned as long as the house is cleaned and there are
no incidents.
Both places sleep 4 comfortably, 6 are allowed(this is 6 of any age).
**Please read the rental agreement carefully and all pages must
be signed**
